30-Day Song Challenge: Day 6

Good morning everyone! Today’s theme is a song that makes you want want to head out to the dance floor. These two clips are rather long so you can just listen to the first few minutes if they are towards your liking! There’s a whole collection of different songs that I enjoy dancing to.

I really enjoy the jazz, swing, and electro swing genre!  The night club scene where people grind up next to each other doesn’t give me enough room to twirl. Though twerking makes me laugh, I never really got into that either.

Thank you Dr.Tanya! It’s been a while since I’ve seen you! I really enjoy this music. 🙂

  2. I love Sing Sing Sing, I’ve got a version of it by Benny Goodman and his orchestra.

Yes! I love the percussion and brass instruments tooting. It’s just so upbeat that I just have to dance or at least tap my feet or snap. 🙂

Yes, those songs do make you want to stand up and dance…or at least move around.

🙂 I guess while some people may feel like dancing, the rhythm might be too fast to do fancy leg work like in Sing, Sing, Sing!

  4. I’ve always wanted to try swing dancing. It looks like so much fun! Nice music choices!😁

Maybe you could suggest a date night? 🙂

      1. Not my husband’s thing….unless it was maybe watching it in like a musical.😉
