Dawn,
a single light
in the empty sky,
agreed that it was
Mother Nature’s
cue to flourish.
Her sultry figure illuminated
once Dawn’s sun rays rose above
the curtain of shadows
in the forest that lies beyond
the horizon.
In the spotlight,
Mother Nature bloomed as she gave
the finest performance of her life
charming her lovely floral audience
that is basking in her ravishing presence.
Her singsong voice
echoes throughout the fields
that seem to stretch
for miles and miles.
“When your nights are cold
and filled with misery,
look inside your heart.”
“Realize that I’m here
to give you my sympathy
and my love belongs to you.”

I love the beginning of your poem. Nicely structured and the image you used compliments it beautifully.
It would be great if you went over to GirlieOnTheEdge and linked up your story so the others participating in the hop can read your work 🙂

I like the idea that she gives her best performance, as if even Mother Nature is just a player in life’s drama. Beautiful poem.

Hello, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just
wondering if you get a lot of spam feedback? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything
you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me mad
so any support is very much appreciated. I’ll immediately snatch your rss feed as I can’t in finding your e-mail subscription hyperlink or e-newsletter service.
Do you have any? Please let me realize so that I may just
subscribe. Thanks. I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours lately, yet I never found any fascinating
article like yours. It is pretty worth sufficient for me.
In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made just right content as you
probably did, the internet will likely be
a lot more useful than ever before. http://pepsi.net/

Yes, I have plenty of spam feedback, but I haven’t found a plugin to manage it yet! I’ve added a few widgets to help readers subscribe to my blog which are at the bottom of my website. Haven’t created a newsletter yet, but that’s a great idea! Thank you again for stopping by! I appreciate you! 🙂

Very good blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost
on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free
platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely overwhelmed ..
Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello Elizabeth! Thank you for stopping by! 🙂 I started off with a free platform (WordPress) because I wasn’t sure if I would stick with it long. I wanted to test my commitment levels. Over time, some bloggers eventually inform their readers of moving to a paid option that has more features. I participated in several prompts hosted by other writers so other followers I knew was there. I left some tips on this post: https://theresaly520.wordpress.com/2019/05/07/qa-the-truly-inspired-series/
Good luck to you! Wishing you the best experience! ❤
